Q. I cannot add more units to my property, why?A. Be sure that the property is not set to the type "Single". Single properties can only
contain a single property unit. A Single does not display a "Property" list page,
just a unit information page (along with the property info). This is much less
confusing and faster for people to browse if you do not have multiple floorplans.
Q. I don't see my city or town in the list, can I get it added?A. Yes! Please contact us and we'll update our system.
Q. Is there a way to check and see which Focus Area a town belongs to?
Q. How long does featuring a listing last?A. Until it expires, or you re-list it. This means you should be sure to feature
properties after you re-list them.
Q. How can I see how many people have looked at my listings?A. When in your properties screen, to the left click the option
"Viewing Stats".
Q. I ordered credits and chose online payment, How long will it take before I receive the credits?A. Depending on how you chose to pay with it from within PayPal, it could be a few
minutes or a few days. Credit Card funded purchases, and purchases made with
money already in your PayPal account generally go through in a minute or two,
while Checking Debits will take a few days.
Q. I ordered credits and mailed my payment, How long will it take before I receive the credits?A. You will receive credit as soon as we recieve your payment.
Q. How do I add photos to a unit?A. You will get the option to add photos to your units after you save them initially.
Click "Edit Unit" or "Manage Units" in the property listing:
Then click the camera icon from the property's unit list:
