Site Surveys allow you to maximize your listings by taking advantage of the time saving features that NHVTRent offers. Time saving? By adding pictures and floor plans to your listings you not only save prospective renter's time, you also save your own.
Renters who see pictures and a floor plan know what they are going to look at, before they schedule a tour. This means those inquiries you do get are already pre-qualified: The prospective renter already knows what you have, and wants to see more.
Further saving you time is our Site Survey service. We handle everything, taking digital pictures, digitizing the floor plans and uploading it all into your account's listings for you. All for a reasonable flat hourly fee.
The best part is, once you've done this, it never needs to be done again (unless of course you change things!). Simply activate and de-activate your listings as they are available, and your pictures and floor plans are saved until the next listing.
