I have a room to rent in my house, a large victorian farm house in Hartland VT close to Exit 9 on I91. The room is a large furnished room with a closet as well as bay windows with nice natural lighting. As a member of the household, you would have food storage space in the Kitchen, use of the appliances, pots, pans, dishes and utensils; and access to other common areas of the house. The utilities and a local phone line are included in the rent. We also have a DSL internet connection distributed to the household through a wireless network. My wife and I live onsite in a seperate apartment and manage the household. It tends to be a quiet atmosphere. We try to provide a flexible living situation with all the details covered and have been managing it this way for the past nine years. I do not require a length of stay agreement so someone can move in with just their personal effects and be comfortable for whatever term suits them. Sorry, No pets, No Smoking.
